Both coffee and Tea have caffeine which gives us energy when we feel a bit creaky especially in the morning.
That is the reason for your coffee and tea in the morning.
So according to modern science, these are non-alcoholic beverages. So you can have them. But you should know what is limit.

Let me give you the most surprising information. This will be surprising for those who have used green tea for your weight loss.
Because Green tea is marketed as a weight-loss ingredient.
Green Tea vs Black tea
The difference is black tea is fermented and green tea is not . so green tea have more free radicals and EGCG than black tea.

But taking coffee or tea every time is not going to help you to get these benefits.
So never overconsume these things to have many benefits.
Here are the ingredients in the coffee and Tea.
So here the effects of caffeine and tannin on your body.
Tanin
- prevent the absorption of iron and make it vulnerable to anemia
- Discoloration of teeth
Caffeine
- Robs the calcium of the bone
- Instantly increase the blood pressure
And this is a mild drug- caffeine is addictive when consuming more. If you can’t do without your tea or coffee you have got addicted to it. And that is not going to be a good thing for your health.
Like green tea, there is a green coffee type also.
So the difference between green coffee and regular coffee is
Green coffee Regular coffee
In Green Tea –
- Coffee beans have not been roasted
- Have a higher amount of chlorogenic acid
- Have health benefits
But even though green coffee should not over consumed.
According to many researchers drinking 3 cups of tea for a day reduced 21% of stroke compared to the persons who do not drink much tea.
And also it reduces 11% of developing heart disease.
Summary: According to modern science Drinking 3-5 cups of coffee is safe.
But if you are a person who is sensitive to caffeine this is not going to be okay.
If you guys are thinking now you will get all these benefits drinking above mentioned amount of coffee and Tea. No that is not going to be okay.
Because the right dose for health benefits hasn’t decided.
I have mentioned earlier we can’t decide the concentration of antioxidants and amino acids. Because all those things are dependent on where those plants were grown and how you are going to drink it.
And do not consume more than 400mg of caffeine.
This caffeine amount also depends on the coffee type.
Tips
If you want to have tea and coffee
- Take if after 30minutes of your meals
- And do not have tea after 5 pm then it can disturb your sleep
- Take 3-5 cups of Tea for day
So this part is for the people who prefer to live according to Ayurveda.
According to Ayurveda Tea and coffee is extremely drying and it can increase your heart rate.
That is the reason we mix coffee with milk.
And These two beverages are highly acidic and can disturb your gut health.
Ayurveda says these beverages have been used as a medicine , earlier in small quantities but only when you have a fever, runny nose, cough, extremely oily skin, sinus. But not the way we use it.
Daily tea/ coffee means taking a stimulating substance every day and that is not good for your health.
Summary: Do not take tea and coffee every day use it only when you have the above symptoms.
And you can use substitutes for tea and coffee.
One substitute is hot chocolate
- Arjun Tea
- Tulsi Tea
If you can’t live without coffee use de caff coffee which has less caffeine content.
And most of the time we should take into our mind the tea and coffee consumption affect us less than sugar effect.
When you use sugar to sweeten your coffee or tea that is not going to be good for your health.
So instead of nutrition less sugar use jaggery powder Which is alkaline and can reduce your acidity.

Thanks for your post on this web site. From my personal experience, there are times when softening right up a photograph might provide the digital photographer with a chunk of an inspired flare. Many times however, the soft blur isn’t just what you had in mind and can sometimes spoil an otherwise good picture, especially if you anticipate enlarging it.
Thank you so much for your comment. Since I am new to this I don’t have much knowledge about these things. I will definitely consider that.
